Orkney Islands Property Developments Ltd have 9 1-bed flats and a 2-bed house for rent, which are based in Kirkwall.

 

Anyone wishing to apply to OIPDL for rental accommodation should complete the Housing Application Form which can be downloaded from the website, or pick up a copy from our offices at 4 Gunn's Close.

After completion of the form you will be placed on the OIPDL housing waiting list. Please note that admission to the waiting list is no guarantee of an offer of accommodation.

 

OIPDL will keep applications on the waiting list for 6 months.
