Orkney Islands Property Developments Ltd provides private rented accommodation for students enrolled, or enrolling, in higher education courses in Kirkwall and Stromness.

 

We have three 2-bed houses specifically for students at Pickaquoy Drive which are owned by Orkney Islands Council and managed by OIPDL.

​

Pickaquoy Drive, Kirkwall: 3 modern houses, each with living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and small toilet. Parking is available and there is a small garden area at the front and back of each property. Approximately 1.2 miles or a 25 minute walk from Orkney College, and 10 minutes walk from local supermarkets.
